Long overdue review for these 2 young contractors! My hdb reno was handled by Yong Long in 2021 and again (another site) in 2023 by Eric. Yong Long responsible and keeps me updated on the progress. He is hands-on and visits the site regularly to check on the works done. Both Yong Long and Eric are always contactable and easy to communicate with! They are also patient when listening to requests / fulfil last minute (reasonable) changes well! Thank you and keep up with the great work!

8 year ago,my mother in law renovation was done by CK CHOO. Now My new flat also been complete renovation by CK CHOO. He was very helpful, responsive, professional, patient, and kind. He has renovation fastest no more delays for me and i can move in on my deadline. We are very happy with my new house design and satisfied. I have excellent working experience with Louis Tang from Azcendant, He has shown a great confidence from the start. I am really impressed with his professionalism and the way he organized his work. He went to the site with Yong to understand which part of the cluster house that I would like to change, both of them know their work really well and by that time I knew that I have chosen the right ID for my renovation. He listened to our requirements carefully and ensure that we were satisfied with the design. If you are looking for ID or contractor that is passionate, creative, good in execution and follow up, then you can definitely leave it with Louis. I will definitely engage Louis and Yong again if I will do my next renovation.

Our ID Zach was very helpful throughout the renovation period. He was responsive towards our queries and attentive to all of our requests. Besides discussing major works with us, Zach would also make useful suggestions to resolve issues or improve the situation. He also does his best effort to ensure that the renovation schedules are timely. This is my 2nd house. Both my houses renovation are done by ID CK. I highly recommend him for his professional services. I must say his post renovation services are fantastic. Reason why I chose him again is simple. I see a lot of sincerity in him. After he did my 1st reno 5 years ago.. on and off when any of my house has any issue that requires repair work, CK would gladly help me to liaise and problem solve. A really humble man who put much thoughts for us in different stages of the renovation. He is quick to respond and even went down to reno site to update us frequently. I am very thankful for this smooth reno journey with him.

Got to know CK Choo from Azcendant after trying to find an ID for my resale HDB during the height of Covid. He took up the challenge, provided consultancy on the designs and planning permissions required from regulatory authorities, carried out the wet works, tiling, carpentry works, and other ancillary items like window replacement and sanitary fittings. I find CK personally a knowledgable ID and space planner, but also extremely humble and helpful person. Not only does his own CAD but when issues arises, he would answer my queries any time of the day.

Very big thanks to both Vincent & Yong Long for the whole renovation duration and ensuring things go smoothly as planned, given the additional restriction imposed by covid situation. Vincent has been very patient throughout the whole planning and executing process, ensuring we have a common picture in mind. He is very dedicated on the job, ensuring our choices and concerns are being addressed to. Though not an entirely makeover, the work quality was indeed superb, from tiling, carpentry, painting and lastly cleaning. Definitely highly recommended!!!

Very happy with the job that Louis did on my resale flat. He is responsive responsible and always tries his best to accommodate my requests even last minute changes. Have referred many friends to him and so far they are satisfied. Happy with his work, he will reply to my queries within the minute. I am an indecisive person and he is able to accommodate alot of my requests. He is sincere, doesn't hard sell me and gives me pointers and suggestions.

I had went through quite a number of those recommended ID and asked for their quotations. CK was the only one that given us what we asked on the quotation and no hidden / unspoken items that were chargeable during the renovation. It is a good thing that there was no unpleasant surprise & dispute during the renovation process. I am very happy with the workmanship which is of reasonably high quality.
